Made in a 140-year-old Sake brewery, this fragrant soy sauce is brewed with carefully selected ingredients and matured for a minimum of two years in a natural Akita-cedar barrel.
Recommended to accompany any simple high-quality dish to bring out its brilliance, i.e. Sashimi, cold tofu, avocado, or mozzarella cheese.
