Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time : within 3-4 business days.

In case of an urgent need, please contact us by email.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, if we are experiencing
a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we'll notify you. 

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All shipments are shipped via DHL Insured Standard : 3-5 business days. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

for up to 2kg : 8,50€
for 2,1kg - 5kg : 9,90€
for 5,1kg - 10kg : 12,50€

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email 
containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. 

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

In case of damages, please contact us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Germany.
