Outside of our local delivery zone? We can arrange a taxi delivery for you and you can pay the driver upon delivery. To offset the taxi fare, you will receive a voucher from us to use on your next order with the following conditions. You can receive this voucher for a pick up order as well.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time : within 2-3 business days( Mon to Fri ).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, if we are experiencing
a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we'll notify you. 

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment Method 

All shipments are shipped via DHL Insured Standard : 3-5 business days. 
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 
for up to 2kg : 8,50€
for 2,1kg - 5kg : 9,90€
for 5,1kg - 10kg : 12,50€
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation emailcontaining your
tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. 
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive damaged goods or products get lost during shipping, please contact sake[at]zenkichi[dot]de for a replacement or a refund. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Germany.
